About us
The story behind Helping Matters began with identifying areas for improvement after 8 years of navigating the NDIS system. Witnessing recurring complaints from participants and representatives in the disability sector, we realised the need for change.
It wasn't until we experienced unethical practices firsthand, which resulted in a significant loss of funds for vital services for our loved ones, that we decided enough was enough. It was time to make a real change in the disability and mental health support sector in Adelaide.
Our team
Helping Matters is made up of individuals with firsthand experience in navigating the daily challenges of supporting our loved one with a disability. This unique perspective allows us to understand and meet the needs of our clients and their representatives effectively, eliminating guesswork and reducing stress.

Our company is made up of real life representatives who know what the clients need and are set out to make a real change. We also offer Auslan translators and supports ready and waiting to help you with your day to day needs.
